How do you grade the condition of your vintage items?
We use a strict three-tier grading system: Grade A items are in excellent condition with no visible flaws; Grade B may show minor signs of wear or small marks; and Grade C items are sold as 'rework' pieces for upcycling.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
To support businesses of all sizes, our minimum order quantity starts at 10kg for bulk bales or a minimum spend of $300 for hand-picked items.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
We ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping usually takes 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
Are the items washed before they are shipped?
As is standard in the wholesale industry, items are steamed but not individually laundered. We recommend that all customers wash or dry-clean their stock before putting it on the retail floor.
Can I return a wholesale bundle if I'm not satisfied?
Due to the nature of vintage clothing, all wholesale sales are final. However, if there is a significant discrepancy in the grade or weight of your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.
Do you offer 'hand-pick' sessions?
Yes, we offer both in-person hand-pick sessions at our warehouse and digital hand-pick sessions via video call. These must be booked at least one week in advance through our appointment portal.
