At Best Vintage Wholesale, we offer a 14-day return window for items that do not meet your expectations, provided they remain in their original received condition. Please note that as a wholesale provider, returns are subject to a restocking fee and must include the full original bundle or bale.

  Ensure all vintage items are packed securely in their original packaging, including all tags and documentation provided in the wholesale lot.

  Send your package to our central warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return is documented and reaches our team safely.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the contents of the return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
